1. What payments do you accept?
Here at Kitchen Sync we accept PayPal and Debit/Credit Cards.
2. How long will my delivery take?
Depending on the size of your item, the delivery will take between 1-3 days (geographical restrictions apply). If your order is palletised we will call you following your order to confirm a date that is convenient for you to receive the goods.
3. I've paid for next day delivery, will my order be with me tomorrow?
We endeavour to get your items to you as fast as we can, so to ensure that we can pick them and package them appropriately we ask that palletised items such as ceramic sinks and large stainless steel sinks are ordered before 12pm (midday) and smaller items are ordered before 3.30pm.
4. Something has come up and I won't be around when my delivery arrives?
All items we deliver require a signature. If this is a problem please let us know by calling 0333 305 2242 as soon as possible and we will try and rearrange the delivery to a more convenient day. Please be aware that the courier may levy a charge for rearranging the delivery.
5. I live on a small street, how will my order arrive?
All our "palletised items" such as large stainless steel and ceramic sinks will arrive with a haulage firm. They will always attempt to delivery in a vehicle no bigger than 18 tonnes (about the size of a bin lorry). If this is still too big, please let us know in advance and we will arrange for a smaller vehicle for your delivery. Unfortunately, our couriers are not insured to enter your property and therefore will deliver the new items as close to your property as possible, for this reason we ask that you have someone at hand to help receive the goods on your specified day.
6. I'm unsure how long my delivery will take and the cost for shipping.
You are more than welcome to call us on 0333 305 2242 Monday – Friday 09:00am -7:30pm and Sunday 09:00am - 2:30pm. We will happily run through the process and costs with you for extra peace of mind.
7. Can I collect my order from your warehouse?
Yes, when placing your order select the customer collection option, once your order is ready we will contact you to let you know it is ready for collection. If you need your order urgently, please contact us once you have placed your order with your order number, we can have this ready for you within an hour.
8. I have changed my mind and wish to return my order.
We offer a 30 Day Money Back Gaurantee.
Returning your purchase is easy, simply call our customer service team on 0333 305 2242 and our advisors will guide you through the returns procedure. Once your item has been returned to us in a resalable condition, unused and in its original packaging we will issue a refund for the goods within 5-7 days.
9. What to do when an item has arrived damaged.
In the unlikely event you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please email images to email@example.com with a brief overview or the problem along with your order number. We can then dispatch a new item or issue a refund for the goods supplied. We will also arrange for a carrier to collect the item from you and return it to us at no cost to you.
10. I have sent in an email, how long should it take to receive a reply?
We aim to reply to all contact the same day if received before 16:30 Monday – Friday. Any queries received after this time will be replied to the following day.
11. Do our kitchen taps, sinks and radiators come with a guarantee?
Yes! All of our items come with a standard 10 Year Guarantee giving you the ultimate peace of mind (See Guarantee Document).
12. What valves do I need for my kitchen radiator?
The type of valve you will require depends on the installation of your radiator. If your pipework is coming from the wall/floor at an angle in to the radiator, angled valves would be used. You will need to check the style of radiator to ensure this rule applies.
13. Do all radiators require 4 x brackets to fix to the wall?
It would depend on the size and style of radiator, the images on the website will confirm this. The fitting instructions are generic so will advise that 4 are required.
14. What are the radiators made from?
The radiators are made from carbon steel, the white/grey/black towel rails are made from powder coated carbon steel.
15. What is a BTU?
BTU stands for British Thermal Unit which is the measurement of the amount of energy needed to cool or heat one pound of water by one degree. One BTU is equivalent to about 0.3 Watts.
16. Can this radiator be used on a standard central heating system?
Yes our Radiators can be connected up like a normal radiator and all have high heat outputs.
17. How are your heat outputs calculated?
Our heat outputs are all independently tested using EN442 regulations. Unlike other retailers, we give the true heat output rather than a fictitious figure. We recommend asking any retailer for the heat output certificate for a particular product.
18. What is the difference between Delta T500C and Delta T600C in relation to heat output?
Delta T500C is the European recognized standard for calculating heat outputs. All our radiators are measured at T500C temperature of 750C. A heat output listed at Delta T600C needs to be multiplied by 0.79 to convert it to Delta T500C.
