If you saw last week’s post then chances are, you’re now a world class barbecue expert. However no barbecue is complete without a drink of the house to compliment the food for all the family and friends, even the young ones. Non-Alcoholic Sangria is a very easy drink to make that your guests will beg you to make more of.
Bear in mind that this isn’t a last minute type of drink, it takes some prep!

- 1 apple (peeled and thinly sliced)
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1 orange (juiced)
- 1 orange (sectioned)
- 1 lemon (thinly sliced – with peel)
- ½ lime (thinly sliced – with peel)
- 8 tablespoons of cranberry-grape juice
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- 3 cups of carbonated water
Around 12 hours prior to serving prepare all the fruit as per the ingredients and mix them with the juice in a pitcher. Give it a stir and refrigerate for 12 hours. This allows the flavours of the juice and fruit to combine and mix together for a truly refreshing taste! Once done remove from the fridge, add the carbonated water and serve immediately.
